Therapeutic Bodywork and Energy Work
While she works with the client's physical and energy bodies, Valerie is physically and intuitively paying attention to what may be needed for the client during the session.
Reiki
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes. "The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means 'Energy'". (International Association of Reiki Professionals)
Valerie lays her hands gently on or just above the client's chakra areas of the body allowing the Reiki energy to flow from the Universe, through her, and into the client.
Motion Massage
A massage type done with clothes on. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes. This type of massage utilizes gentle rocking back and forth of the limbs, torso, and head in various rhythms for maximum relaxation of the muscles and body.
Reflexology
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes. This type of therapeutic body work consists of Valerie using rhythmic pressure from her thumbs and fingers on the client's reflex points based in the hands or feet that correspond with the rest of the body's organs and tissues to positively affect those organs and tissues. Self-forgiveness Meditation
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes. Valerie takes you on a journey into relaxation, self-forgiveness, and self-compassion during this session that presents you with life-long tools to continue the journey on your own.
Having gone through her own soul searching including utilizing vision-quest-type retreats, psychotherapy, and studying others' near-death experiences, Valerie realized, for self-health and self-healing the importance of self-forgiveness and found a way to share that experience.
Intuitive Readings
Valerie has a way of bringing hope and gentle compassion into her readings.
Tarot
Using the Rider, Waite, Smith Tarot deck, Valerie uses a more detailed version of the Celtic Cross Spread as well as other spreads taught to her 30+ years ago by her teacher to give information to the client given to Valerie by her Divine Guides.
Oracle
Valerie uses a variety of Oracle decks during her readings to supplement the Tarot reading with answers to more in-depth questions. She uses whichever Oracle deck intuitively feels right during the reading.
Animal Communication
Valerie speaks mentally to the pet asking them questions their "pet parent" wants answered. Valerie uses clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience to obtain information from the pet. She speaks with pets that are here on the Earth plane and with pets that have passed to the Other Side. Please have a picture of your pet with you because not all facilities allow animals.
